OP is a 14-year-old man, presenting to the emergency room, unconscious. Paramedics tell the admitting nurse that they saw him have multiple seizures in the ambulance.

OP was a middle school student who was getting ready for an examination. Being an FW of the space, he had no good idea of what does and doesn’t work for him during prep.

Being 14, he noticed over the last couple years that his grades started falling down heavily that he never thought before. But not only that, these online articles kept mentioning that Genshin Impact can act exactly in his study. He conluded, Genshin Impact would be something easy for him to add to his daily schedule as he downloaded it to his devices. OP was used to make a schedule and had his own system in place, but this time, something would be wrong.

The icons of many Two-dimensional games are of a character’s face and Genshin Impact is no exception. While making his schedule, OP got a crush on Eula Lawrence (In one opinion, it should be ‘尤菈·劳伦滋’/‘Youla Laolunzi’). He is very crazy about her. He thought everything is similar. He continued making his schedule not realizing he added more than 200 times the regular Genshin Impact to his schedule. At his home now, OP was playing. As he started playing, he launched Genshin Impact, shouted, ‘Genshin Impact, sutato!’ and continued to play for nearly 200 000 hours.

OP didn’t really feel anything wrong. He kept going on with his study. But within minutes, he started noticing that he was shaking. He tried to stop it, but he couldn’t. He heart started racing, and he felt a sense of doom shrouding over him. An uncomfortable sensation started permeating through his jaw as he started feeling like he couldn’t breathe.

But it wasn’t over. OP started shaking violently, losing consciousness. The teacher noticed him, and she calls for 911, and he’s brought to the emergency room where we are now. At examination, the medical team notes that OP’s heart rate and blood pressure were slightly elevated, and his seizures keep recurring. He doesn’t regain consciousness in-between each convulsion. When they looked at his eyes, both pupils were dilated, which is better than if they were different sizes from each other, but still not good given that OP would stay unconscious after each seizure.

One hour after he stopped playing. OP’s heart rate normalized. He was able to regain consciousness, and start to kind of resemble his normal self several hours after medicine was given to terminate his serzures.

Eula passes through the body fairly quickly. Half-life is a measure of how long it takes for the blood level of that substance to be reduced by half. For Eula, it’s an hour or two. Through out his hospital stay, the medical team could see the Eula levels cut in half, but at a rate much slower than ‘an hour or two’ because in the setting of overdose, using regular function to describe what’s happening isn’t accurate.

He was a little confused as to where he was and what happened. But over the following 24 hours, the medical team were able to conﬁrm that OP’s blood tests, physical and neurologicall exam were normal, as he was discharged from the intensive care unit, and he was able to make a full recovery.
